‘ Rajiv Gandhi University (RG U ) is the first dual-mode university from across the nations to initiate Capacity Building Training program for teachers’ shared Prof. Mad h u Parh ar, Director, Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia (C EMCA) . She was speaking at the Valedictory session of a three day online program ‘ Online Capacity Building of Teaching Staff on Development of Online Courses’ organized by Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia (C EMCA) in collaboration with Rajiv Gandhi University, Arunachal Pradesh, from 6 ^th to 8 ^th July 2020.

Prof. Sa ket Kushwa h a , Vice Chancellor, of Rajiv Gandhi University in his valedictory lecture said ‘ Online Leaning has become the need of the hour and RG U is committed to take all necessary step to adapt to the new normal’. He also su gg ested that RGU and C EMCA should j ointly start relevant courses to facilitate the new methodologies of Teaching-Learning. Prof. Ash a n Riddi, Dire ctor, I D E, RG U and Dr. Ma n a s Ra nja n Pa rhi, S PO , C EMCA also spoke on the occasion.
